I'd suggest Stumbleupon but I know that gets messy and really hard to keep straight. But it sure does bring a ton of traffic done properly. I've seen literally 1000s of visitors by the sheer power of just 8 people thumbing up a post.

Hard to beat Smile

I have a few other ideas but need to think them through.... Could be just having a board with dedicated, devoted individuals willing to comment is "enough." You gotta love comments!
